I’ve been hitting the gym for 18 months now. 9 of these 18 months have been at Mega Gym. The progress made in these 18 months, especially the last 9, is astronomical. Mega has become a second home for me, and I am so grateful!

First and second photos are progress pictures from 9 months ago vs now. Third pic is from before I set foot in the gym. Last pic is from me at my heaviest, 315lbs. Proud to be 260.9lbs now 🙂

I found a journal from 2012 where becoming a personal trainer was #2 on my goal list. Fast forward 13 years, a lot of life, a few coaching moves, and 3 babies later—and here I am, finally checking it off the list. I am officially a Personal Trainer at @megagyminc! After 15 years of teaching group fitness classes and countless hours of helping others get moving, I’m excited to step into this new chapter. This football life has taken me on some wild detours, but now it’s time to share my passion for fitness and fun, one on one, with others. It’s never too late to chase your dreams, even if they take a little longer to become reality. I am so thankful that God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called. Here’s to new beginnings and helping others find strength, confidence, and a little bit of joy in their fitness journey! 💪🏼💃🏻 #MegaFit #megagyminc #PersonalTrainer #Fitness
