A year of so much light and dark, the true dichotomy of yin and yang. Inside it all I cannot be more grateful for all the precious moments of life, each breath, each person who comes within my path. My patients who show me how healing is possible and inspire me everyday. My family, my children, my friends, I cannot be more grateful.
This life inside all of its hidden moments of awe, is filled with magic. It is also filled with harrowing moments that show us the shadow side of the heart and teaches us how very precious each sunrise and sun set are.
Thank you for all you who are along for the ride. May we all know a fruitful and healthy 2026. Shedding the snake 🐍 of 2025 and moving into the dynamic force of the horse
Many blessings on this year to come and may our earth know peace, calm and return to the breathe that unites us all.

The seasons in TCM are our teachers. They show us our inner realms, what we need to do to prepare our bodies for physical and mental health for the year ahead and also are a mirror of our inner and external universe.

During time of utmost Yin and as we slowly reach back towards the light completing another yearly cycle, we also must remember to tend to our own hearth.

Rest, meditation, introspection, conservation but also reminding ourselves of the magic that exists inside both the shadows and the light.

In a world where we are experiencing so much dark, we must remember to be those stars shinning their light for all to see.

Behind every small business, there is a story.
This is mine.

A leap across continents and faith.
A dream that wouldn’t let go.
A willingness to start over with courage, determination , and a lot of heart ( and with having two very little kids in tow!)

Two Rivers Acupuncture was built on a belief:
that healing is possible,
that connection matters,
and that this medicine changes lives.

Today, this practice is more than a small business.
It’s a community.
It’s a healing space.
It’s the result of years of courage, consistency, and love.

Every day, I am humbled by the people who walk through our doors ; the trust, openness, the stories you share, and the healing we witness together.

Thank you for walking this path with me. Thank you for letting me do this work.
And thank you to the team who supports me with so much dedication. This is all for you, and because of you. Thank you for being the soul of this place I call my “3rd baby”

With Love and In Good Health,
Dr. Lauren Dulberg ❤️

In honor of Mother’s Day we are offering our ✨AcuLift✨ Collagen Acupuncture Facial at 20% your first treatment.

Acupuncture actually stimulates collagen production.

Unlike Botox or fillers, facial acupuncture works from the inside out by stimulating your body’s natural production of collagen. This means healthier, more resilient skin, softening of fine lines, improved tone and texture, and a gentle lift — all without toxins or downtime.

It’s not just skincare. It’s skin healing.

Curious what facial acupuncture can do for you? This ancient-meets-modern treatment is a truly transformative ritual — and your glow will prove it.
