*Full Moon Shamanic Journey*

As we near this cycle of the moon, it’s time for us to gather once again in community.

Shamanic journeying has been perhaps the oldest way for human beings to align themselves with the rhythm of the cosmos.

As we near the full moon, it’s time for us to crystallise what is needed for harmony and flow to be in abundance in our life and to let go of whatever it is within us that prevents us from experiencing this harmony.

Over the last few years, I’ve most enjoyed training practitioners in the process of shamanic journeying to create more spaces for people to connect with the power of this ancient practice.

This full moon gathering, my dear sister Meghna will be leading us on a shamanic journey to meet with the source of our spiritual power.

Two months is barely a blip on the calendar when you’re feeling okay, but when your heart feels like it’s exploding inside your chest every other moment of the day, time takes on a whole different meaning.

Still feeling so much gratitude after this beautiful day. 🤍

What a privilege it was to hold space for a room full of incredible women - to move, laugh, play, connect, trust, and simply be together.

From the warm-up with @santoshishetty in our @yamayoga_active sets to the joy, chaos and connection of Acro Yoga, every moment felt so special. ✨

To every woman who showed up - my friends, their friends, and all the beautiful women who came with open hearts - thank you for bringing your energy, your laughter and your willingness to try something new. You made this experience what it was.

A heartfelt thank you to @santoshishetty , @gayatridayal & @yamayoga_active for the opportunity and for trusting me to be part of this beautiful experience. It truly was an honour to do what I love and to hold space for such a wonderful community of women.

And to @thestudiobycopperandcloves , thank you for hosting us and creating such yummy food and a beautiful space for us to come together. 🌿

I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do this - to create spaces where movement becomes connection, strangers become friends, and we remember that our bodies are meant to be celebrated, trusted and enjoyed.

What happens when strangers come together to dance in a forest? ✨

Turns out, they find connection, belonging, and collective joy.

Through the Dances of Universal Peace Retreat at Yahnai Kaduh~ we gathered in song, movement, and shared prayer~drawing from sacred traditions from around the world, and finding in them a common thread of love, peace, and our shared humanity.

As we sang and danced together, something began to soften~ the sense of separation, the boundaries between one and another, until the circle simply became a place to meet, to be present, and to remember our belonging to something larger than ourselves.

We spent immersive days dancing and singing together, with spontaneous songs, sharing, laughter, and plenty of time simply being with one another. We practiced qigong beneath open skies, wandered through the forest, spent time by flowing rivers and waterfalls, and soaked up the vibrant beauty of the valley.

There was wholesome, nourishing food, and the warmth of the vibrant Yahnai Kaduh community woven through it all.

And perhaps it is in these simple things that something beautiful happens~voices rising together, moving beneath the trees, sharing a meal, sitting by the river, laughing around the circle.A few days of coming together, slowing down, and celebrating life in all its forms.

And perhaps that's what happens when strangers come together to dance in a forest~
they don't stay strangers for very long 🌿🤍

This is The First Waters — Tara's first gathering.
A month ago we gathered at @blrcreativecircus
Twenty women. One day of remembrance, envisioning. Something ancient awakened.

What you see here is the beginning.
Tara is building slowly — through gatherings, immersions, residencies, and a school of ancestral wisdom. A village growing quietly, rooted in relationship.

Over the past years I have experienced the power of community. Be it in Scotland, in India, or here in Germany.
Especially in my most challenging times, it was community that held me. I got dengue fever in India and was in the hospital for a few days - people brought food, and just were there for me. I will never forget that.
Similarly now with the accident - it has been difficult to manage food and daily tasks by myself. Again I was reminded of the power of community.
I am so so grateful for everyone who has reached out to me, asked me if I needed support.
It meant so so much to me.
Sending so much of love and thanks to everyone who has been there for me. Now and before.
