Oof. Where to start. The day and age we are in is truly sad to see. Hard to process all this death around us. Hard to think about having a baby one day. Sad to think things won’t change. Overall, it’s been a sad girl summer. My father passed away recently and it’s been super hard to come out about that. It’s surreal. Hold your people fucking close. Which I do. All these people and this place I hold so dear to my heart. I hold my family, friends and community close to me. And it’s work. But worth it. Other than that, it’s hard to even compartmentalize. Those not pictured you know who you are. I’m so blessed. Much love. Truth vs power. A shoot we did a little ago. Are you willing to forget the past that made us who we are today or know the truth about what’s going on and having no will to implement change? Who knows. Summer 2025.

This winter seems to have gone and go, and it was a tough one. As much as I wanted to ski more I realize that it’s not all about that. I’ve been in Breck for 6 years now (insane) but seriously have learned I have a community that has supported me on a way deeper level than expected (sorry for my queens I’ve seem to leave out due to higher quality times >no photos). I hope everyone out there has their people because the world is super fucked up right now. Escape this reality with the ones that supports you, lift you up and helps you continue to be the best you can be. Life is crazy man. Josh and are gettin married soon don’t worry, we’re just cultivating our lifestyle first. #fucktrump

Giving birth changes you as a person. In a sense, you are not only giving life to a new human, but you are also giving life to a new version of yourself. It can be overwhelming, intimidating and scary, but it can also be one of the most empowering and beautiful changes that you will ever witness in yourself or others. At Christmas, I wrote my mom a poem to honor that change, and I wanted to share it here. It’s called the Circles of Firsts:

We came to her before we even knew
the shape of the world, the sound of love,
We were silent passengers in the quiet rhythm of her heartbeat—
In comfort of her womb

She, a girl, first feeling the weight
of her own wonder, her own sorrow,
had us with her—
before we were born, we were already part
of her becoming.

She wore her youth like we wore our names,
both of us new to this life,
each of us learning, in tandem,
the language of joy, of loss, of time
stretching forward and folding back
into moments we would never forget.

The pictures are scattered,
like scattered thoughts or dreams
that have no need for order—
they aren’t bound by time,
but by the way love and memory
find their way into everything
we touch.

Each image, a piece of her,
her first step, her first smile,
her first taste of grief,
of love, of parenthood,
becoming someone
we would come to know in every way—
the woman who taught us how to grow.

Now we, too, are tasting our firsts—
our joy, our pain, our new lives,
and still, she watches.
Her hands that once held us
are still the ones that guide us,
across every path we choose to walk.

Through all the seasons—
this tangled, beautiful mess—
we remain, unchanged in one way:
the bond of firsts that never ends.
And in this circle,
we are home.

24 is feelin lucky 🥵😤😈 my mom and i share a bday! (she’s 29) went on a ropes course, a castle tour w/tea time, and had a sstellar dinner. ADDITIONALLY went to meow wolf and dinner with friends this past wednesday🫠🥲🥹 Thank you to everyone who has made this year special so far!!
