Connor really starting to make some progress. He’s able to take coaching cues and work hard to implement those. He’s getting stronger and starting to control his movements more with each workout. Basic Training graduation coming soon . . . 👀 @laplante_kyle @meganab6

Happy Birthday Angela! What do you get the girl who everyone loves, was born in the 80s, and loves old tv shows? How about a 1980s tv show intro with everyone who loves her?! I also MAY have made an entire episode with the cats as puppets, a laugh track, and theme music… Happy Birthday to the love of so many peoples’ lives, but whom I’m fortunate enough to spend all of mine with. Huge thank you to everyone who made this surprise birthday card possible!! @gigi_sauve we love you! #80ssitcom #90ssitcom #sitcom
