Romantic floral installations designed in the rain 💚 Some wedding days just have a way about turning out absolutely perfect. All day the weather was saying there would be rain during the outdoor ceremony. We made a plan to design our install as originally planned for and would move it to the reception tent if the rain didn’t clear. A new definition of playing in the rain 💚 In pure Charlotte fashion, it completely held off during ceremony and cocktail hour allowing our textural and organic backdrop to stay put 💚 So obsessed with Delanie’s vision from start to finish and so happy we got to keep her original plan in place ☺️ Incredible freelance team that didn’t bat an eye at working in the rain and had fun doing it 🥹: @afiyahceramics @sweetpeonyclt @vcathyv @jessabrams6 Dream vendor team: Venue: @vanlandingham_estate Photo + Video: @connectionphotography Planner: @meganbok Florist: @littledovefloral Hair + Makeup: @lovelybylindsey DJ: @ceasefireprods Ceremony + Cocktail Music: @upstatestringstrio Catering + Bar: @bestimpressionscaterers Rentals: @curatedeventscharlotte

A brainchild of @malayafloral, @meganbok, and me at the historic Morehead Inn. Inspired by a Carolina summer garden, complete with peaches picked that morning. The softness of the first image is from both the camera it was made with and the fogged lens in the day’s 100% humidity. Very on theme. Obsessed with every vendor who helped us with this. Thank you for sharing your time and talent 🤍 Venue: @themoreheadinn Photo: @kelsey.mard.photo Florals: @malayafloral Planner: @meganbok Content: @the_contentfriend Rentals: @curatedeventscharlotte Hair: @simplycurledbykaitlyn Makeup: @carlymarieartistry Dessert: @shestotallybaked Dress: @jmajorsbridal Stationery: @irisdesignsco Draping: @endless_occasions_nc Model: @galenrafiza
