Lovingggg it here !!! Here’s my Charleston life update

This week I got some awesome food. 167 sushi bar is always the BEST! I tried Leon’s and the chicken sandwich was insane and their cucumber salad. I picked up homemade ice cream from a girl I saw on my FYP and it was AMAZING. Me and berkley made an amazing Thai shrimp recipe. Went to Harken for coffee and it was yum! And hometeam nachos were actually so good wow. Got a coffee at annie Mae’s bake shop and it was super good. And finally I bought an ice cream churn and I’m going to try to perfect home made frozen Greek yogurt!

Other than eating I found the cutest shop and I want to spend all my money there, me and Chloe are up to something fun that will be revealed this week, my room is finally coming together, and I got to go to the beach for the first time here! More pics of the house to come.

FDOW tmw and I’m so excited!

Stop guessing. Start understanding.

Swipe through as we break down 3 nutrition facts most people get wrong w/ @megandonovanrd:

• Cholesterol myths
• Hydration misconceptions
• How to actually read food labels

Small changes in what you know can make a big difference in your health.

Eggs aren’t the villain they’ve been made out to be. When it comes to supporting healthy cholesterol, the bigger picture matters more than stigma around food.

Nutrition labels are a helpful tool, but they’re still estimates. If you track your food, remember to focus on consistency over perfect numbers.

Water is important, but timing matters too. If bloating or reflux is something you deal with, this small adjustment could be worth trying.

Crispy quinoa, fresh veggies, and Thai-inspired flavor in every bite.

No animal protein needed here. Quinoa is one of the few plant foods considered a complete protein, providing all nine essential amino acids while adding the perfect crunch to this salad.

Fresh, satisfying, and packed with nutrients.
