Man Speed Final - 3rd place

It’s been one week since the first Parkour British championships and it still feels surreal what happened - winning 3rd place in speed and qualifying for the world championships!

Winning 3rd place in speed is great accomplishment for me but the same time quite humbling seeing all the other amazing athletes I competed with side by side. And like my wife said - the actual work just begins!

Big thanks to @parkouruk and @streetmonkeys for putting such a great and well organised competition. Thanks to my wife @danny.lu.mua for supporting me and looking after our son by herself 3 days in a row. Couldn’t done it without you. Thanks to all of my friends who supported it me and specially @samcoppack , @seannewsham and @coachredfern who helped me out through different stages of the competition. Thanks for @aidan.l_pk for shooting this video and being one of my biggest supporters throughout the competition.

Last but not least, big shoutout and thanks to my teammate and colleague @megannpowell_ for winning 3rd in Speed and 2nd in Skill.

Congrats to all other competitors!

Better late than never? @callunparkour

Here’s my response to Callun’s #TekNomination
The challenge was to do some unconventional tekky movement then pass the challenge on to 3 more people so here you go:

I nominate: @fenjiebielding @luke.spiral @megannpowell_

You’ve got 72 hours… enjoy 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

What a gorgeous stunning beautiful weekend🥹

I couldn’t train and that was gut wrenching, but being in such a beautiful space with so many wonderful people, and feeling completely and utterly SAFE is something I will be forever grateful for. @femgaps created that and it’s so unbelievably important in a way I think most people might not understand. I will rave about the Bristol boys forever I love them so much, but existing in a male dominated space as a woman/non-binary person is difficult. There’s always some unseen labour we are doing, and with everything going on atm within the community I’ve felt so thrown and disconnected. Having the opportunity to train with other women/non-binary people in a curated environment, and being able to support and uplift each other when we so rarely get to do so was so refreshing and so incredibly needed. So much love to everyone I got to meet and train with, and thank you thank you @femgaps for making it happen.

To the man who turned up on Sunday and refused to leave, I don’t like you. You’re a loser😘
