Still buzzing from such an AMAZING @awakening.sol Somatic Rhythm event yesterday with this incredible group! 🔥 A space to move, shake, sweat, dance, express, play, and connect. A space to peel back the layers of conditioning. Watching everyone unravel, open, laugh, dance, and connect with each other was pure magic. Everyone left lighter, brighter and FREE. Thank you to everyBODY who showed up and brought your whole self into the room. 🤍 Thank you for the beautiful space to move in @yogacenteroftheuniverse ✨ Stay tuned for the next event!! #awakeningsol #somaticrhythm #awakeningsolsomaticrhythm #ectstaticdance

Graduation is just the beginning… Because that’s when you start really putting everything into practice.

Leading transformational experiences for your community. Booking private clients. Getting paid to do work you love. Hosting sold-out events. Saying yes to opportunities you never imagined. Owning your voice and personal brand. Growing your business with Breathwork. And we believe that you don’t have to do it alone.
That’s why we continue supporting our facilitators after they become certified. This week we’re hosting our second of two bonus alumni Q&A + live coaching calls of the year, exclusively for our RESET Breathwork® Teacher Training graduates. A space where facilitators can ask questions, get personalized coaching, event + offer ideas, receive feedback on their business, talk through any challenges, and be in a room of people who genuinely wants to see them succeed.
Our alumni become part of a community that celebrates each other’s wins, shares ideas, and rises together.
To all of our alumni joining us this Wednesday, we can’t wait to see you in the room. 🙌
Get ready to leave lit up, deeply connected to your mission, and crystal clear on your next steps.

This could completely change the game for your second half of 2026. 🚀
And if you’re reading this thinking, “I want to be part of a community like that.”
DM us “TRAINING” and let’s chat about whether RESET Breathwork® Teacher Training is the right next step for you.
