What a great day for a game! Mizzou against Texas a&M..

#mizzou #FYP #trixie #ridingwiththemoms
So many people, so little time... but what it was ... was fun! Mz.B and I love doing this ... meeting new people from everywhere, even the rivalry teams. We had a great time today and can't wait for the Texas game in November...

She’s got a new name.

Welcome to Brook.

Thoughtfully crafted desserts, made to celebrate life’s sweetest moments.
Thank you for being here from the very beginning.

I’m so excited to share that I’m officially back to baking full-time! Last year, I graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Finance, but baking is where I knew I would land. Creating desserts that bring people together has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember, and I’m so grateful to now be pursuing it full-time.

I’m currently based in Kansas City and serve Kansas City, St. Joseph, Columbia, and surrounding areas throughout Missouri.
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, wedding, baby shower, holiday, or just treating yourself, I offer custom cakes, decorated cookies, cake pops, and other handcrafted desserts.

The name Brook holds a very special meaning to me, it’s my mom’s middle name. She is the reason I love baking. Some of my earliest memories are in the kitchen with her, and that love stays with me to this day. Because of her, I officially turned my passion into a business in 2018.

Thank you for supporting this new chapter. I can’t wait to bake something special for you.
