Day two done, and I’m leaving with my heart full.
New incredible women who inspire me. New friendships I know will last forever. I’m feeling so thankful for every conversation, every laugh and every push to think bigger.
Put yourself in the room. Surround yourself with people doing big things. It changes how you see what’s possible.
If you’re building something big too, send me a DM. I’d love to hear about it. And follow along, because there’s a lot coming.

The room you’re in matters.

I am spending 2 days learning with @jen_gottlieb and @chriswinfield , surrounded by driven business owners. After all these years in business, I still take the notes. I still sit in the student seat. Investing in myself never stops.

Follow for more, and DM me to talk real estate.

Brave doesn’t always look loud.

Sometimes it looks like walking into the room.
Starting the conversation.
Sharing your story.
Using your voice.
Cheering for someone else.
Choosing yourself.

At THRIVE, we were surrounded by women doing brave things in big and small ways… showing up, being seen, opening their hearts, and saying yes to more.

Maybe those butterflies you’ve been feeling isn’t fear. Maybe they’re a sign it’s time to fly. 🦋

What’s one brave thing you’re ready to do?

P.S. Thank you @zacbrownband @dollyparton for this beautiful song -and for the reminder that we can all become a butterfly anytime we want 🙏🩷🦋

Follow the journey and the 90 day challenge. The race to 100k begins. I’m only behind 75k but with the help of the dads and the boyz we got this.

Most hiring processes are built to check tools and tasks.

You want a process that exposes critical thinking and proactiveness: how they spot problems, structure a solution, and move without being told.

If you want to see how we test for that with assistants, send me a message and I’ll walk you through the way we run our process.

🤝 Hot Take: Be known as the woman who CONNECTS epic humans

Today we are activating the law of reciprocity through the act of GIVING.

A month ago I introduced two founders who needed to know each other, and by the second email one offered the other a $10,000 speaking fee, comped flight & room at the St Regis.

This frequency is so sexy.

Who are 2 people who MUST know each other in your network? Action it today, make the connection with zero expectations.

Then set your timer for 11 minutes and make your 1 audacious ask. Let’s goooooo 🔥💙🤌

THE HOW

part 3 of becoming an audacious asker

I want you to feel so f*cking confident that you go for your ASKS as the ideas and inspiration drops in 🫰

This is your HOW:
before the ASK
the actual ASK
post ASK

You’re gonna feel the fear and go for it anyways, in the frequency of trust and non attaching and full belief that you are WORTHY no matter what the response is.

What would happen if this week you ACTED on your INSTINCT?

What would happen if your INTUITION was in the lead before fear had a chance to take over?

What would happen if you received the GUT FEELING and you moved in full trust?

If this video found you, it’s not a coincidence.
It’s your sign to go for your Audacious Ask (yes, right now, in this frequency!!)

Then come back and comment done ✅

And my ASK… send to your biz besties and build your brave together.

I’m soooooo inspired by @megbradyhouse. She is a girl that figures it out. She doesn’t hesitate and trusts her self. Meg is like a dog with a bone when it comes to levelling up personally and in her life and business and I admire her for that. I know that the imperative shift is in mindset so I’m rejigging things from the inside out.
With 3 months left in the year I’m ready to find my next level. Thanks Meg for the kick in the butt and being and incredible example of diligence. #hugefan

We’re happy to share that the State of Hawaiʻi has reopened Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor beginning September 25, and Komohana Charters will be ready to resume tours September 26!

We are incredibly excited and grateful to get back out on the water, support our family and crew, and once again be part of the network of locally owned small businesses that keep our community strong.

At the same time, recovery is still ongoing in parts of Kauaʻi. We encourage visitors to do a little research before their trip, be mindful of areas that are still healing, and continue to show patience and respect for our island and its communities.

There is a balance between supporting recovery and supporting the local families and businesses that rely on visitors for their livelihood. We’re grateful to be moving forward while respecting that healing is still taking place.

Mahalo for all of the messages, support, patience, and aloha over the last few weeks. We can’t wait to welcome you back aboard. 📸pc: @megbradyhouse @bradyhousestudios #kauaistrong #supportlocal #napalicoast #makeyourownwaves #kauaiadventures
