Work hard, play harder ✨🌷🤸‍♀️🍜👩‍💻🌸🌱💅

When we’re clocked in, we’re CLOCKED in. We are designing, photographing, creating, and running a business. All of it gets our full, undivided attention.

But we know how to clock out too. The best work doesn’t come from burnout, it comes from a team that knows when to close the laptop and go live a little. 🫶

A little recap of what the Pepper girlies have been up to in 2026 so far 🌶️✨

A little travel, good food, random moments, and life outside the office.

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds!

Wrapping up December with a full plate and a clear head.

This month was about tightening things up. Finishing what needed finishing. Making calls that set us up better, not just busier.

We ended the year grounded, proud of what we accomplished, and very excited about what we’re carrying into 2026… and what we’re leaving behind.

Cheers to more momentum, more heart, and more * in 2026. 🥂

The last few weeks have been a blur of real life and real work in the best way possible.

Lake hangs, decorating binges, questionable winter baking experiments… all balanced with actually getting things done and hanging out with the people who make it fun.

We’re cruising into year-end with that cozy chaos energy that only shows up when the holidays are close enough to taste.

Hit like if you’re also riding the end-of-year wave and pretending your inbox isn’t judging you.

Flights, stunning work events that kept the energy high, Pepper doggies stealing the spotlight, snacks we fully built our schedules around, and more Halloween costume chaos than October could handle.

We launched our new branding, the boldest, loudest, most us version yet, and celebrated every second of it.

October had more of everything. 🫦❤️‍🔥

August was a mix of lake days, client wins, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. We kept the feeds fresh, the projects moving, and still made time for a little summer. Here’s the Pepper August recap. 🌊✨

July 🥳

Hot days, hotter deadlines.

July in Kamloops (and all the many other places us girlies venture to in the summer) hits different.

We were out making content, trying new ideas, making our iced lattes our personality traits, and saying “just one more shot” way too many times.

Long days, full hearts, camera rolls overflowing.

We created the culture we needed: 💛✨ one where feedback isn’t scary, Slack is our love language, and “trauma bonding” is basically part of the onboarding.

We’ve got each other’s backs, roast each other lovingly, and turn team meetings into group therapy.

10/10 recommend.
