In preparation of our opening of “If/Then” in a few weeks I wanted to reflect on the past few years of directing. Over the last several years I've directed everything from intimate contemporary plays and new works to large-scale musicals, immersive events, touring productions, and developmental readings. These images represent a cross-section of the artists, designers, stage managers, musicians, and performers I've had the privilege to collaborate with. Every production asks a different question. My job is finding the visual language, emotional truth, and theatrical engine that brings that particular story to life. Full portfolio, production dossiers, and resume: braydenhade.com

Time is the new luxury… and this is what it looks like ✨ 3 nights on Azamara Quest wasn’t just a cruise, it felt like slipping into a slower, richer way of travelling. Think: Champagne in hand 🍾 Unforgettable food (yes… I went back for seconds… and thirds 👀) Dancing under the stars 💃 And waking up in places like Seville & Silves without the rush… This is what I mean when I say travel should feel easy to fall in love with 🤍 It’s not about ticking destinations off a list, it’s about how those moments make you feel while you’re there. And Azamara just gets it. If you’ve been craving something more intentional, more immersive, more you… this might be it. ✨ Smaller ships ✨ Longer stays ✨ Deeper connections to each destination …with all the luxury woven in effortlessly. Tell me, are you a “see it all” traveller, or a “soak it all in” kind of traveller? 👇 Or if this looks like your kind of escape… you know where I am 💌 - direct link in bio or comment “Azamara”

I’ve always believed that to truly recommend a product with confidence, you need to experience it, understand it, and learn from the people behind it. That’s why I feel incredibly grateful to have been selected as one of just 30 travel agents by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) to join this special learning journey on board Azamara Quest with Azamara. Over the past few days, we’ve had an intensive deep dive into the cruise industry and the Azamara brand, learning directly from the leadership team and the incredible people who make the onboard experience what it is. One of the most important things for me, both personally and professionally - is people. I always want to make sure my clients are truly looked after when they travel, that they feel valued, cared for, and have a seamless experience from start to finish. Creating exceptional experiences isn’t just a goal, it’s a standard. And that’s exactly why Azamara stands out. A particular highlight for me was hearing from Dondra Ritzenthaler, CEO of Azamara. Her leadership is truly inspiring, genuine, down to earth, and leading by example. I watched her take the time to mingle with both guests and agents, listening and connecting with people across the ship. Her “super fantastic” attitude perfectly reflects the culture she brings to the organisation. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Captain Dario, David (Chief Officer of International Sales), Stuart (Sales Director), Jose (Cruise Director), Meggie (Assistand Cruise Director) and Louis (Hotel Director), along with every crew member on board who made this experience so memorable. It was also a great honour to be welcomed as an Azamara Ambassador during this journey, something I feel both grateful and humbled by. Experiences like this are invaluable. The deeper we understand the brands we work with, the better we can guide our clients towards the right travel experiences - with confidence. Thank you to the entire Azamara team for such an inspiring and insightful few days at sea. 🫶🏼🌊💙
