Share things because you love them.

Create from a place of curiosity and fun.

Your interests make you YOU. Be who only you can be and share those things.

That crazy idea you have should be attempted.

Make time for the people closet to you and love them while you can.

Don’t let your mind talk you out of things that are doable.

Don’t put so much pressure on yourself to perform because no matter what happens, life goes on.

Get back to that childlike mindset, create without attaching metrics / money, and slow down.

What you do a lot of the times isn’t for you. It’s for someone who needs what you provide in this world.

Empty the tank everyday and leave no regret.

Say what you mean and mean what you say.

A few thoughts I’ve had recently. Let’s keep stacking days and becoming better❤️🙏🏽🤞🏽

Taking life for what it is and being present.

My relationship with social media has changed over the years and a lot of that has to do with perspective. I’ve realized what’s most important in this thing that we call life. Instead of always being busy it’s ok to simplify and slow down sometimes.

I’ve learned to document moments but allow myself to take them in as well. That everything doesn’t have to be shared right as it’s captured, and that holding on to certain things is good for the soul. Sometimes it’s just good to be in that said moment with no distractions.

Not every video, post, or moment has to have something tied to it for gain or to put out into the world.

Sometimes just capturing for you is enough.

Moments from the last few months in no particular order.

What can I say about May?!

May was full of blessings, opportunities, and a newfound weekly brotherhood just off of taking more action.

New month is here and the momentum is rolling!

HURRY someone pinch me!!!! Is this really my life!?

Community & Art. The two most important things to me, I couldn’t wrap my brain around how I was ever going to combine the two. Then suddenly I’m here. My heart is full & I’m beyond grateful. Thank you to EVERYONE who is supporting me living my dreams.

This is me in my truest form. In my purpose. Living little Ashley’s wildest dreams.

I draw inspiration from everyday objects, meticulously placing each dot with purpose. I aim to evoke deep connections and emotions, urging viewers to experience more than just images by feeling the essence within each piece.

There’s power in making that split second decision to do something that you don’t feel like doing.

The more you say no and come up reasons as to why you can’t accomplish something, the further you are pushing yourself away from the life and goals that you say you want.

Whatever it is that you need to do, get it done!

The real life moments are what matter.

I’ve been focusing more so on creating from a place of realness rather than for the sake of “content”

The approach I’m taking moving forward is just to document moments, but also live those moments out in real time to have a bank of inspiration to pull from. There are times to capture, but also putting the phone or camera down sometimes is what is needed to get that spark. I’ve been finding that balance slowly.

I’ve also been asking myself “what do I want to create”, but in the grand scheme of things I just want to use my creativity to leave an impact on others and document the beautiful life that I live. I want to have videos and photos to look back on. I want to build a life off of doing what I say I’m going to do and having proof to back that up. I want to fulfill purpose and what I was placed on this earth to do and looking inward is getting me closer.

Doing more of the difficult things in life and living life outside of social media has been the challenge that I’ve accepted and it’s slowly changing me for the better.

In a mode of just testing things out, documenting life, and sharing what I’m passionate about.

Got a good workout in last night and decided to test out my @dji ACTION 5.

I’m focusing on just documenting more of my life not only for the memories, but the accountability to do what I say I’m going to do and truly live. Daily I’ve been reminding myself that I am on the journey and that is a beautiful thing.

Hope you guys enjoy and I can’t wait to put out more!

A few years ago you couldn’t get me to do half of the things I’m doing now like running, working out, eating more Whole Foods, cold plunging. Me even posting this takes a lot of courage, but if I’m going to start telling my story then sharing the in between moment is apart of that process.

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been running from the plunge, but I sat with myself the other day and realized that the things we run from are often times the things that we should face. A life worth living definitely isn’t easy all the time and it’s the hard challenges that take us to new heights. I’ve been on a natural high since my race and now more than ever I just want to conquer new challenges in life.

We only get one life, so why not maximize it?

Major shoutout to my family @paradisebrotherss for getting me started with the plunge. The benefits and changes it’s made for my recovery, health, and my life have been amazing. Having @megglaboy do things like this with me makes it even more worth it.

Here’s to more plunges and doing hard things.

On the journey daily 🔥
