Los gringos made it to the Dominica republic for a missions trip!🇩🇴

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend several days with these incredible people. It was an eye-opening experience that I wouldn’t trade for the world. I formed deep connections with everyone there, including all those amazing kids there. I am so excited to return soon as an intern for Go Ministries!

Week 4 in the DR…

They always told us that week 4 would be the hardest, most exhausting, and possibly our breaking point. So as I went into week 4 I prayed over and over again to have the same energy, motivation, and expectant heart that I did during week one. Knowing that I could not get through this on my own, I surrendered it all to the Lord and he provided x10!! This week was full of singing on the bus, dancing on the bucket line, and long, intentional conversations! Thank you Jesus for such an incredible week!!

Let’s Go Skydiving…

I saw God move in so many ways this week. This trip challenged me and reminded be that serving for people is the greatest opportunity a human can have. I could see God in everyone one I met and I am so grateful for it. One thing I learned was even the smallest acts of service can show the love of Christ and I will carry that with me everyday. From sharing my testimony to simply painting a house I was blessed and encouraged in so many ways. I will remember this experience forever. I am endlessly grateful for this trip!
