The “Let #trauma be your teacher” on @iammelwells new #LoveSexMagicPodcast w/ @mastinkipp is 🔥!

Great snippets👇
“Trauma is in your body. It’s the foundational missing piece from of the #addiction conversation. If you are stuck in past trauma & stuck in your nervous system—You’ll stay stuck. You are not going to be living your purpose. I think we can talk about #limitingbeliefs & we can try and heal our #addictions. But, until we actually get to the root of our trauma—It feels very surface. It’s not really getting to the root cause of addictions. #Trauma is any experience of threat of immobilization that chronically disrupts your ability to function properly with your brain emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually. If you’re not in an optimal state there’s a trauma underneath. You don’t need to ask why the trauma? Ask why the pain?”

Just because I’ve been #sober doesn’t mean I don’t have healing to do. Healing honestly takes a lifetime.

I’ve been on a mission to figure out who I am and what I stand for. And to heal my inner child & let her be my teacher.

My trauma started with my mothers abuse she has #HuntingtonsDisease. I would do anything to just stay safe. That road ended w/ partners for me that re-traumitized the same patterns that played out in my childhood.

This is one of the reasons I’ve been single for the first time since my last #narcissistic ex who stole from me & cheated on me. The crazy thing is I believed him that I was the awful one. I was always apologizing. I literally dated my mother. 😟

I am learning to validate that #innerchild that never got to speak up before—without letting my #shame, #fear, or #anxiety run the show.

I’ve turned into the hard & beautiful journey to #selflove. I’ve had a question on my wall for months now.

It says, “WHO ARE YOU?”

“YOUR GOOD WILL OUTWEIGH THE DARKNESS.”

It’s the #GreatAwakening it’s time to open our hearts & souls. It’s time to dive into our mess & our shadow self. So we can figure out who the we are & live with #purpose & positivity. I hope one of the steps of this healing is with @hollywoodpositive in #Bali for @iammelwells Wild Feminine Bali Retreat. 🙏❤️🐘🙉🌿🧳

My very 1st student in my mini-course "Action Blocks Be Gone!" that teaches you how to FIX & STOP your @Instagram action blocks gave me an update! 😀
⠀
He's been action block free for 2 months now thanks to incorporating my strategy back at the beginning of March! 🥳✊
⠀
Let me help you out of #InstaJail! Head to my bio to get the fix or DM me with any questions you have. 🚀
⠀
P.S - I’m humbled and thanks to everyone that has bought the course so far. 🙏 There’s currently 50+ people in my course. There’s A LOT of #scammers saying they can stop these blocks and they are taking people's money. That ends NOW. This works you guys! I love you all and thanks for trusting in my strategy. 🤗

I invented a strategy to STOP these Instagram action blocks for good! You’ll never get action blocked again by IG. 🚀

I had 50+ clients action blocked again & again in 2019. As soon as I was out of a 7 day action block I’d be instantly in another. 😡

I thought I was going to lose my marketing clients. I was losing sleep to come up with a solution to something I had no control over. AND then I FIXED THEM. 🤯

All the info out there is wrong on how to stop them. None of it worked but THIS did. It’s the same strategy I personally use today and it’s been working for 5+ months for me. 💯

I’ve been thankfully block-free for all of 2020. This strategy works you guys. ✊

I’m sharing all the secret info with you in my newest mini-course “Action Blocks Be Gone!” It’s normally $47 but I’m slashing it to $7 ONLY while this Ad is live and it’s going back to $47. 📲

Action block free is the way to be! Come join me over here on the other side. 🤷‍♀️🙂

I found the actual strategy to STOP these blocks for good. I haven’t been #actionblocked again on multiple accounts that were #blocked several times in 2019! This strategy works you guys. Thanks @mv___________ .👏 I know it’s really hard to trust people because of all the hackers but I’m real and this fix is real! I just want you all to have your businesses back! The price is staying $7 for only about another week. So if you want to live action block free jump now. And if you have any questions feel free to DM me! 🚀❤️
