It’s crazy what a little paint and decor will do to a room. We love how The Green Room Nashville has turned out and can’t wait to host you!

Just 3 blocks from Broadway - 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6.

Getting this space ready for you has been an all hands on deck kind of project and how neat it has been to watch our kids use their own talents to help pitch in. We are so excited to welcome you to The Green Room Nashville, very soon!

Hi, — we are Joe & Meghan - the two behind @staywithlongtable.

LongTable started with a pretty simple idea: we think where you stay should feel like part of the trip — not just the place you sleep at the end of the day. Somewhere along the way, our love of great places, good design, travel, and all the little details that make somewhere feel really good turned into this and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!

We believe a great stay is about more than just a pretty room. It’s the comfortable bed, the coffee setup that actually makes sense, knowing where to go for dinner, and all the other little details you don’t necessarily notice — until they’re missing. Each space we have created with you in mind.

So, welcome to LongTable. We’re so glad you’re here.

No one can fully prepare a mom for college drop offs. Even after several years and you’re no longer a rookie, the emotions are still very there. Here are a few things that have helped with the goodbyes for me:

• Already have plans on the calendar to see them again before you drop off and head home. Whether it’s Parents Weekend, or a random Thursday where you meet in the middle for lunch, or Fall Break - get it on the calendar and start counting down the days.
• Don’t linger around too long when saying goodbye. It just makes it even harder.
• Check in regularly or as often as you all think is needed. For us, we didn’t have a plan for how often we’d call or text each other and it worked out great. But, I know every family is different and some may need to set a specific day on the calendar each week for a check in and catch up call.
• Have a friend or small community who is in a similar season as you and have kids off at college, too. Having this totally helped (especially that first year drop off) me. If you don’t have this, send me a DM - I’d love to encourage you through these first few weeks, especially.
• Remember, it’s not goodbye forever - just a “see you soon”.

How are these views even real? 🥹 When every corner of your @airbnb has a view like this, it’s hard to want to go back to real life.

When you find that Airbnb that you don’t ever want to leave - and can we just take a moment for that drive in?

This is one of those places we are already getting our calendars out to plan the next visit.

What a gem.✨

A ship within a ship concept - that’s what The Haven is onboard the @norwegiancruiseline Luna.

We have always wanted to try “The Haven”, so - when planning this last cruise on The Luna, we went for it. Were we skeptical and had high expectations? Yes! Did they deliver? Keep reading…

If you’re in The Haven, you have access to private pools, lounges, sun decks, elevators, and even a private restaurant. But, you also have a butler, priority embarkation and disembarkation, little snacks sent to your room every afternoon, you also receive first dibs on restaurant reservations, excursions, seats at the nightly shows, and more!

We have heard if you cruise as a Haven guest, you’ll never want to go back to normal cruising again. Well, they were right! 😉 This definitely spoiled us and I have a feeling we will be cruising in The Haven again on NCL.
