Tonight, Bikes Fight Cancer was honored to receive the 2026 Impact Award from Cancer Connection at their annual Harvest Dinner. Johnny and Meghan Morin were there and accepted the award on behalf of our incredible BFC community.

Throughout the evening, we heard powerful, personal stories about the impact Cancer Connection has on people’s lives. Stories of compassion, connection, and the dedicated team that helps individuals and families navigate the challenges of a cancer diagnosis.

It was a moving reminder of why we do what we do.

We can’t do the work that Chelsea and the team at Cancer Connection does every day. But we can bring people together, inspire them to ride, motivate them to fundraise, and turn that collective effort into meaningful support for organizations doing this critical work.

This award belongs to every rider, donor, volunteer, and sponsor who makes that possible.

Thank you, Cancer Connection, for this recognition and, more importantly, for the extraordinary care and compassion you bring to our community every day. We’re proud to support your work. And a special thank you to Chelsea’s husband Greg, for the beautiful custom award!

The team showed up to support the @foodbankwma at Will Bike 4 Food today! We had over 12 riders out on the road managing the challenging weather. But as someone said, riding in the rain is better than dealing with food insecurity, especially when dealing with a cancer diagnosis.
It was great to see a few of our @pdcincorporated_ friends out there! No sugar cubes riding on a day like today!!

Thank you to The Greater Amherst, South Hadley and Granby and finally The West of the River Chambers of Commerce for yesterday's river cruise on The Lady Bea last night. This is one of many reasons why Western Mass is such an amazing place to live and work. When's the last time your work day included a Sunset Cruise with an ice cold beer in your hand while catching up with old friends and making some new ones. I LOVE my job!

It’s PMC weekend! We were up early to support all the riders - including many friends - as they rolled out of Wellesley.

We had so much fun this morning at the Workforce Training Fund info session with Meghan Morin @megmcmorin of Fresh Crayons Consulting that we forgot to take any other photos! Suffice it to say, all the info she shared was just as exciting as this box of @adamsdonuts 🍩 provided by @danpiasecki Srsly though, a huge thank you to Meghan for her time, and everyone who joined us in person and online. 💫 What an unforgettable start! Our intimate VIP Reception kicked off the 20th Annual Women in Business Summit and brought our theme of Community & Connection to life. The room was filled with extraordinary women (and a few incredible men too!) whose energy and talent were truly inspiring. ✨

We mixed, mingled, celebrated exciting announcements, shared delicious food, and made powerful connections. It was the perfect prelude to an incredible conference the very next day! 💜

Network on board was a wonderfully enjoyable evening, with many powerful, intelligent, successful women who got together to support one another and share in our common goal.
We are women in business and we mean business.
It was great to connect with long-term members, new current members and future members as well as friends in the community.

A week ago we closed the Shop on Saturday to lend our support to the 6th Annual Bikes Fight Cancer Charity Ride. While Steve braved the elements, riding 50 miles with a pocket full of tubes and tools to provide mechanical support, Kristin and Sophie volunteered at, and lent their voices to, the start/finish.

The ride raised over $235,000 which go directly to local organizations on the front lines in the fight against cancer including Mass General Brigham Cancer Care Fund at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Cancer Connection, Cancer House of Hope, Dana Farber Cancer Center and Camp Rising Sun.

Thank you Meg, Johnny and Bikes Fight Cancer for allowing us to support this amazing ride! We've already marked our calendars for 2026.

Another inspiring day watching Bikes Fight Cancer! There were some amazing kids out showing us how it’s done at the Suffield PMC Kids Ride! A lot of our @panmass family was there volunteering and cheering! Inspired by a community that rallies hard to support @dmnik5 and Christos!
