Thursday Yoga Crew 🧘 Thank you yogis for coming out and spending your Thursday morning with me.🙏 It was such a nice surprise to see my favorite yoga instructor, mentor and friend in my class today! Thank you @megrambo77 for stopping by, bringing your family and friends and for continuing to inspire me, even from thousands of miles away! 🤗

✨Today’s Words of Wisdom:
“7 Things You Might Need to Hear:
🤎Bad days don’t last forever
🤎You deserve to be happy
🤎It’s ok to be both a masterpiece & a work in progress
🤎Don’t let anyone dim your light - let it shine
🤎It’s ok to ask for help
🤎You’re doing your best & that’s enough
🤎Resting is not quitting. Self-care is power.”
- @womanceogossip

Don’t forget, next Thursday is Thanksgiving. 🍂 Join me for a morning gratitude session Thanksgiving morning at 9am.

See you on your mat soon!💜
