When the Utah Fixer comes to town, you do as she wishes! This year's adventure took us to Pt. Phillip island to see the fairy penguins! Such a cute, amazing experience! Megan, I love the wacky adventures every May, only 11 months until the next one!

There's a lot going on in the world and here I am writing about ski resorts. But guess what? We all need more happiness at the moment, and we all need to keep dreaming about exploring the kinds of places that make us happy. So here's my latest for @bodyandsoul_au - a look at what's new in the ski industry as Australia heads into its snow season. More online.

Utah’s cowboy roots date back to the 1800s and cowboy culture is still very much alive and well. There are a couple of well know stores along Historic Main Street in @visitparkcity that make cowboy has, including @burns_1876

Established in 1867, Burns is the oldest same family owned Western retailer in the world. They’re also the ones who made hats - and other western gear - for the TV series, Yellowstone.

Creating a custom hat is a real art form and was amazing to see.

Did I get a hat?

No 😔😭

Do I really, really regret not getting a hat?

Yes!

All the more reason for me to go back to Utah!
