One of my favorite parts of @thesundaystomp has nothing to do with dancing. It’s what happens in between.

This week, that looked like dancers making bracelets of their favorite line dances, laughing together, and getting to know one another before heading back out to the floor.

That’s the kind of community I hoped this would become.

The lesson teaches us the dance. 💃
The people make us want to come back. 🧡

Grateful for another Sunday full of laughter, music, and special moments.

This next Sunday is Intermediate, where a lot of dancers start to connect the steps and the music to their own style. Add that flair 😉

Miami: the best time of my life, fueled by tequila, zero sleep, and lots of rallying. There aren’t many moments when all your best friends from different eras are in one place — it was truly something special. Thank you all for making my bachelorette unforgettable. And a huge shoutout to the best MOH ever, Sam, for pulling it all together. I’d say let’s run it back… but I need a few years to recover. Time to become a Valenzuela! #stolenfromsexyfish

Fini Flight for American Airlines Captain Jim Cowee✈️🇺🇸All I’ve ever know my dad to be is a pilot (peep the last photo)👨🏼‍✈️Growing up, summer vacations from school involved flying standby wherever my dad had a trip. Missouri, Texas, Florida, New York, Hawaii, etc. Walking through airports, I always felt like a celebrity with so many people knowing my dad. “Hello Mr.Cowee” “Good Morning Captain” Tagging along in all the secret pilot hideouts in all the airports. Sleeping in cots at the airport because we weren’t lucky with standby for the day. Up early to try again the next with our employee breakfast burritos🤫🌯No matter where my dad flew, you would see him the next day at our travel ball games taking pictures & videos⚽️No big deal! He was in Minnesota yesterday but in Oregon for a soccer tournament today. It’s crazy to think my parents are old enough to be retired! You know that won’t stop them from traveling though! Here’s to no more contract compliant calls at family events😂 #TheLegendHasRetired #AmericanAirlines #CaptainCowee #FirstClassFiniFlight #WaterCannonSalute
