✨She Was Walking to Wakefield✨

Yesterday we had a fantastic time taking #SheWasWalkingHome to @theatreroyalwakefield - a beautiful building, the most welcoming team and a brilliant audience 👏👏👏

What more could we have asked for?! 🤩

Just got home from my first ever little headline tour and I am very blown away and looking back on it with so much joy and pride.

Here’s some sweet moments in order for you to scroll through and see the world behind the scenes ♥️

1. Sleeping in a tent on Skye in the break between shows
2. Spotting myself on a billboard in Brighton station with @tunecore.uk
3. Arriving at the loveliest venue @rarebirdsbooks and feeling so glad that I followed my gut and made this tour one that was meant to feel different, to support little businesses and to keep real human connection at its heart
4. The incomparable @morvern.studios setting up the pre-show hat making table
5. Looking out at the crowd and everyone wearing the hats (it felt like a birthday party)
6. Playing songs I love with my love @tomsparrowoutdoors
7. Dancing to @rosiehsullivan with my girl @theodoravd
8. Two rare birds meeting at last @rosiehsullivan
9. My favourite tees, and spotting them in the crowd too
10. Days off exploring
11. A quick swim in the mountains on the morning of the Edinburgh show
12. Music ready
13. @dannyk.official joining me for songs in Nottingham
14. The best temporary tattoo parlour before the show
15. Meeting a new soul sister in opener @megw.atson
16. My mum doing pre-show crafts @pixiehomestore
17. The @rubi_sampsoni tights flying off the merch table
18. Blissfully happy, sunshine, aligned values, all the good stuff

What this all has taught me is to trust in your instincts and lean into what you love, people will meet you there and it’ll be even lovelier that way.

Thank you to everyone that came along and sold out these shows!!

Cardiff is sold out but I’m hoping to add some more space so hop on the waitlist and thank you for making this coastal girls dreams come true ♥️
