Masterpiece ❤️❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Holly Jackson did a miracle again, and I fell in love with this book so much!! It broke me? Yes. A LOT. But it was definitely worth the pain, such a well written triller it actually made me frightened. I also cried A LOT... ❤️
The whole world of this story was amazingly structured and it made the plot so interesting. The backstory of each character was very good and it actually made the culprit harder to find.

Potential spoilers ahead ⚠️⚠️

Okay...never in a million years could I have imagined that Arthur was the one working with the sniper, as much as the fact that he was part of the mafia they were looking for. Also, to be honest, Catherine Lavoy seemed to me to be a bit strange, and I did suspect her from the moment Arthur said his real name, but still...she was best friends with Red's mom...

My only question is who else vote for Red to leave? Like I'm sure one vote was from Oliver but I'm also sure the second wasn't from Arthur. He didn't have the name yet. He didn't have any reason to risk Red getting killed by voting for her to go outside. In fact, I'm sure he voted for her to stay. So then, if it wasn't Arthur, who was it?

Qotd: have you read this? Who did you think it was the suspect??
I thought it was either Mandy tbh, I don't know why. She just looked a bit strange, but after she got shot...

The silent patient review!! 5 ⭐
MASTERPIECE!!! Just a masterpiece
As a huge mystery lover I always enjoy a good thriller story, but this thing was something else. So l, this is your friendly reminder to NEVER read this at 2:30 at night. I did it, like okay what can happen it's just a book. It's not.

Never in a million years could I expect this ending in the story and it left me speechless just staring in the empty wall. The diary entries will haunt me for a long time...The time change did confuse me a bit but in the end it made perfect sense. As a plot it caught my attention from the very first moment and that is why it only took me two days to finish it. Poor Alicia, i don't believe she truly deserved any of these things she went through. Christian was okay too, I mean everyone in my opinion was a complicated character...
I don't really know what else to say. This is definitely your sign to pick this book!
qotd: do you like thrillers/ mystery books??

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Spoiler!

I thought everyone could have done it, but when you realise in the end that the actual murderer is the storyteller, you just sigh cuz, who could have expected that Theo was capable of such a thing? I wasn't.

April wrap up!!!
Books I read in April? 2...yeahhh it wasn't a good month for my reading goals at all (anxiety/stress) but it's okay! 😃
Both my reads where amazing and I loved the stories so much!!
Shadow and bone 5⭐
Wildfire 4⭐

Anddd what I did this month!! I think I'll start doing this every month cuz it was really fun remembering all these things! Soo, first things first, of course I read! But not a lot cuz I was a bit struggling with my mental health. BUT. I also went on a school trip, I had the time of my life with my friends, laughed, cried, made new friends, lost friends ( they weren't worth the time spent at all), bought new books, bought a Taylor Swift CD, danced, sang, got in a fight, made cookies, made muffins, ate pizza, started Easter preparations (not very excited for Easter tho) and yeah overall it was a good month!! ❤️
+sneak pic of myself in there too 🤍

Qotd: how did your April go?

I'm backk!! I was on a 5 day school trip where I had both the best and worst time of my life (lot drama) buuutt I got books!! I'm so excited to read all of these!!
I've heard so many good things about the Poppy War so I thought I could try it and also I've been dying to find Wildfire, cuz it wasn't available in my local bookstore... As for the Silent Patient, it looked interesting and creepy so yeahhhh
Also, I got a Taylor Swift CD I saw and fell in love with cuz it was the last one there and this tote bag!!! It really helps as it is big and can hold many things but also I've never had any bookish related merch/stuff sooo it's amazing!!!
The city we went was wonderful and we had so much fun, I actually cried when we were leaving... I'll miss my class.. even if I don't like half of them, still.... 🤍🤍
