Transformation post: 3/3 @samjonesblondie Pic 1: 169lbs (after) Pic 2: 200lbs (before) 31lbs lost & her waist went from 37” ➡️ 29” 🔥 The most satisfying part of transformation is not just the physical aspect but also the mental transformation that occurs as well. Improvements in confidence and self esteem are always a surprising benefit of physical transformation to our members. Sam is known to freely dance all throughout her group fitness classes and even as one of Sam’s friends commented on her first picture, Sam “I’ve been lucky enough to witness the (transformation) that matters more. You’ve grown into such a happier, more positive and confident version of yourself.” That confidence is quite evident in this picture! 💇🏽‍♀️: @shaeshairstudio @styledbyshae 📸: @photographflair #mondaymotivation
