Site visit in @visitdiriyah , Riyadh.

44°C heat, construction site dust, cranes everywhere — and still, excitement level: maximum.

We are lucky, happy and truly honoured that @gieraltowski_architects is designing a very unique project here.

Diriyah is not just impressive. It is almost unreal in its scale and ambition: 14 km² of development area, SAR 236bn+ total development budget, 566,000+ sqm retail GFA and 1.6m+ sqm office GFA.

But beyond the numbers, what makes it truly special is the vision: heritage, culture, architecture and future experience coming together in one extraordinary place.

Being part of this journey is already a huge professional satisfaction for me and for our entire team.

Exciting work ahead.

Last but not least stop of our Middle East tour — Cairo.
Standing in front of one of the greatest architectural achievements in human history reminds us what ambition, vision and scale really mean.

Absorbing culture, history and atmosphere before heading back with new inspiration for our projects across the GCC and beyond.

Checking out from Abu Dhabi after a week full of hard work, meetings, site visits and new ideas. Now — next stop: Jeddah.
The journey continues.

Grateful for the energy, teamwork and opportunities that keep pushing us forward.

Dubai again.
Same energy. Bigger experience. Even bigger plans.

Extract Design team back in the UAE working on new exciting projects across the region. Focused, inspired and enjoying every second of it.

Some places simply hit differently — and evenings at Palace Downtown with the view of Burj Khalifa are definitely one of them.

We have a strong feeling that what starts here now… will be seen again far beyond the GCC.

UAE — good to be back.

Niech zyje bal! 💃🎼🎻🌙
