I can’t believe the time has finally come. It doesn’t feel real that I won’t ever wear a sparkly USA uniform across my chest and step onto a stage again. I always knew this day would come, but I never truly thought it would feel like this. I didn’t write this last season because I knew I would be back one more time. And now that it’s over, I don’t even know how to put into words what USA Wildcats means to me. This place didn’t just make me the athlete I am, it made me the person I am. It gave me some of my best friends and people who became family. It’s been my home for as long as I can remember, and I truly don’t know who I’d be without it.
There were days I struggled, doubted myself, and days I thought about just quitting for good. But the love, the memories, the people always brought me back. USA was never just a gym. It was where I grew, where I found myself, where I learned what it means to be strong, inside and out. Cheerleading is a part of me. It’s my outlet, my passion, my safe place. It’s something I’ve always been proud to say I do. It’s given me more than I could ever ask for, lessons, memories, and a version of myself I’ll carry forever. Thank you to every coach who believed in me, pushed me, and saw something in me even when I didn’t see it in myself. I am beyond grateful for everyone who has supported and helped shape me into the person I am today.
No matter where life takes me, a piece of my heart will always belong to @usawildcatss . I will carry this chapter with me for the rest of my life. ❤️ #2468CT
