What a day! 🌊🧘‍♀️🏄‍♀️

Our Women’s Surf & Pilates session in NYC this October was fully booked with 20 amazing women joining us for a morning of movement, waves, and community in the Rockaways.

The response was incredible, and we definitely want to organize more Surf & Pilates sessions. Follow us to stay updated on what’s coming next. 🤙

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the day: @sooo.lab Surf Shampoo for the free gift bags 🧴, @mahulu.surf wetsuits for keeping us warm in the water, and Dell from @breakwatersurf Breakwater Surf Co for always helping us out with surfboards, wetsuits, and everything we need to get people into the water.

And thank you Yuki and @saltfieldsbrewing for what our surf students called “the best Lager ever!” 🍺🌊 The perfect way to celebrate after catching some waves.

Most importantly, all proceeds from the event went toward organizing free surf lessons for NYC kids and their families. More waves, more movement, more community coming soon. 🤙
