Major Taylor Cycling International Alliance weekend in Durham, North Carolina was everything!

There’s something powerful about seeing cyclists from all walks of life come together through a shared love of cycling, wellness, community, and culture. Grateful for the opportunity to ride alongside my brothers and sisters from across the country and around the world. Even spent some time with cousin Prim creating memories that will last a lifetime.

I had the honor of representing Team Dommie and seeing the joy she experienced meeting Philadelphia Eagles players and being part of such an amazing event was truly special.

Experiences like this remind you that autism impacts entire families, not just individuals. To every parent, caregiver, and loved one supporting someone with autism daily I salute you. Your patience, strength, advocacy, and unconditional love deserve recognition every single day. It truly takes a special person.

Honored to serve as a panelist among business and education leaders in the Philadelphia region. The @growwithsnowco provided a platform to seize strategy and impactful partnerships.

One message I carried into the conversation:

Leaders must be Positioned.

Positioned in identity.
Aligned in purpose.
Prepared to lead with clarity and capacity.

Through my work in higher education, ministry, and executive coaching, I continue to see that the greatest organizational, challenges are not just operational, they are rooted in misalignment.

The future belongs to organizations that intentionally develop their people, align their systems, and lead with purpose.

This birthday looked a little different for me… ✨

Normally, I’m somewhere on vacation celebrating another year of life, but this year, I stepped fully into my purpose and launched Melanated with MS — a nonprofit created to support, uplift, and bring awareness to MS in our community.

What started as a diagnosis turned into a calling. This journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has been meaningful, powerful, and filled with purpose. I’m beyond grateful for everyone who showed up, supported, encouraged, and celebrated this moment with me.

Here’s to turning pain into purpose, stories into impact, and building a community where no one has to navigate MS alone. 🧡
