Best sets of my life were tape b and Mersiv and then b2b - if I could cry, I would have been balling. The art and beauty was so pure and it lasted 3 hours long! Henry and I stayed in one perfect spot the entire time. I cherish that memory and many others💫🪐 #hulaween25 I love you guys;)

Hula 25’ 🥹

it’s always takes me such a long time to post these recaps from festivals because so much emotion comes with it. Every single festival experience I have changes my life a little bit but there was something so special and different about Hulaween and I truly believe it had so much to do with the people I was surrounded by. Life has thrown me so many curveballs in the last 5 years of my life and I really feel like a completely different person than I was 5 years ago. Which is also such a beautifully weird concept to grasp. I am nowhere near a perfect person, obviously nobody is. What I can say is that I strive every single day to be a better person than I was the day before. I’ve endured so much pain and heartbreak and I would do it over and over again if I knew it led me to where I am now. It blows my mind just how much music can do for somebody. By bringing communities together, the healing frequencies, and overall an escape. I’ve found myself so many times in just this last year almost overwhelmed with happiness. I’ve spent countless days of my life thinking that I just wasn’t capable of receiving love or being happy. And I think I was just looking in all the wrong places and chasing it instead of trusting that the right people and experiences would find me. And they did. I love every single one of you beautiful weirdos so much. Thank you to every soul I shared this weekend with and THANK YOU HULA.
Let’s run that back next year 🫶🏼👻

Hulaween, there’s so much I could say about this experience.

The community, love, music, energy, and intention are what made this festival so special to me. I’ve lived in Florida for a little over 2 years now and it’s been such a rollercoaster to the point where I felt like I should probably leave. My time at the festival made me realize that I’m exactly where I need to be, even when I feel lost/broken/exhausted. Nothing is inherently right or wrong or good or bad it’s all a human experience that we label with these words because of the emotions connected to them. I was able to look deeper into myself and connect with my humanity at Hula. I felt my deceased cousin Anthony’s presence with me during my time there. Thank you for watching over me cuz. The love I’ve put out into the world felt like it was returning to me in the swamp allowing me to heal some of the broken parts of myself. I’m so so thankful to have had such beautiful and supportive souls to share this experience with. I will never forget my time spent at Hulaween 2025. I’ll end this long paragraph with a quote from one of the last songs I heard played at the festival @ house of lost that sums up the message I received while there: “It’s gonna be good for you”

If you have read all of this, I love you. You’re never alone. We are all connected and everyone you love or have ever loved lives through you each and every day. This is your sign to treat yourself as you would someone you love deeply.
