Last week @limondance celebrated proudly. My emotions were overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation. Congratulations to @raultamezdanza for winning Outstanding Choreography/Creation and thank you to the @bessieawards for recognizing culture, diversity and legacy. I am so proud of all of us, the work we continue to do, the communities we represent and the voices we amplify.

Fusion training @nrityacreations pulls from the foundation skills and technique taught in our Indian Classical dance classes, and in our IndoContemporary dance classes and our SemiClassical/Folk classes. Musical scores from Bollywood or from other compositions provide the canvas for our fusion dance choreography. Thus , to be able to perform proper fusion, the dancer must first acquire the fundamental skills and grammar of both indian and western dance @nrityacreations. Dance choreography is art and to achieve a beautiful dance requires time, a dedication to properly train, a desire to keep getting better, and an understanding that artistic dance has no shortcuts!
