Prepping for our first workshop on Monday….

These women joined CEO Darling 10 months ago, and this weekend brought together everything they’ve learned, changed and achieved.

We explored mindset, identity and how to self-rescue when things get wonky. Because let’s be real - no amount of business coaching stops things going wrong. But knowing how to find solutions and back yourself makes a huge difference.

And watching these women see themselves the way I see them - their potential, their strength, what they’re capable of, has been incredible 😭

They’ve invested in themselves, made big decisions and taken action, even when it felt uncomfortable. They’re building their own versions of success, their way.

To be trusted with their businesses, their ambitions and the things they haven’t dared say out loud yet is an honour. This weekend, I was just in awe of them.

I’m so f@cking proud of each and every one of them, and grateful to be part of their story. 🤍

The next CEO Darling kicks off this month. If you’d like to join us, drop me a DM.

LFG 🚀
