I don’t have the words to truly express the gratitude I have for this group of women.

If I could say just few traits I’m thankful for, it’s that our ERDC doulas are…
Empowering
Bold
Kind
Gentle
Empathetic
Caring
Hard-working
Considerate
Patient
Trustworthy
Selfless
INCREDIBLE

So grateful for another successful year serving families in the triangle together! Can’t wait to see you all next year 🎄🎄🎄

Letters and Playdough
Play dough is an awesome tool for teaching children about counting, shapes, letters and more.

While using play dough, to help with their hand-eye coordination, creativity and fine motor skills, they work on a letter mat so that they begin to continue to be familiar with letter recognition.

I continue to repeat the letter that they have while they work and make different things.
