This one was Personal. Because a girl gots big dreams and self-doubt is a mfer.

Self-doubt is relentless in trying to keep you safe from disappointment, from failure, from pain. And sometimes, she wins. But not today. Because I know me more than her; and I trust my training, my process, myself. That if I’m hungry for a goal, because inside I’m screaming that “I can do it,” then I won’t let self doubt get in the way. I choose the hard goal, and if I fail in the pursuit of that, it is better than leaving with more to give. (This isn’t just about running.)

I’m constantly in awe of the people who surround me and embody that spirit day in and out. Thank you for carrying me; thank you for the lives you lead; thank you for believing in me more than I do myself sometimes. We fucking did it. Closing another season on a high note. Love you💜
