POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Jake from the Melbourne Gaymers is on the couch for the September yapisode, two vodka Cokes deep, and September has given us plenty.

This week:
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe got a completely unannounced Switch 2 update with 4K output and eight player split screen on one console.

Our Gamescom picks, including Gears of War E-Day, Crazy Taxi World Tour, Fable, Silent Hill Townfall, and the return of the Guitar Hero team
Witcher 3 Remastered is free if you already own the game, which in 2026 counts as radical consumer friendliness

The PlayStation State of Play, where the best part was genuinely the live chat, plus a PlayStation 1 Lego set that is about as useful as a Blu-ray player in 2028
Xbox disc to digital explained, and whether it is a real win or just warming us up for a digital only future

Jake on Fallout 76 being good now, Mitch on Bloodborne, and Davey picking up GTA 5 on disc for $20 thirteen years late

Plus the full Release Radar for 8 to 22 September and a Bargain Watchlist with A Plague Tale at 90 percent off and Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch 2 for $50.

New episode out now, link in bio.

And that’s a wrap on @paxaus 25’.
Had a great time once again and slowly discovering more on offer every additional year I attend and my fondness for the panels only grows along with the retro console area and the indie game showcases.
