Gasser Bahgat is a visionary real estate developer with over 30 years of experience shaping boutique hospitality, sports investment, and lifestyle communities across Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As Chairman and CEO of Melee Development, he leads the company's strategy to create integrated, experience-driven destinations that blend residential, hospitality, and leisure components into cohesive lifestyle ecosystems.

Before founding Melee Development, Gasser established a strong track record as Founder and Chairman of Najma Properties, an aggressive startup that grew to 1.1 billion Egyptian pounds in assets under management within five years. He previously served as Chairman and Managing Director of Madaar Developments (Azha) and Amaken, proudly serving markets in Egypt and the UAE, and as Chief Executive Officer of Orientals For Urban Development, where he oversaw the development of Oriental Coast in Marsa Alam, a fully integrated resort with residential villas, luxury apartments, and over 4,200 hotel rooms attracting more than 12,000 visitors annually.

Gasser holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, and is a graduate of Lycee La Liberte. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Development Chamber at the Federation of Egyptian Industries and of the Platinum Club, reflecting his commitment to industry governance and community engagement.

Across his career, Gasser has built a reputation for marketing management, negotiation, luxury goods expertise, business planning, and sales, with a strong foundation in military and protective services.
