🔥 𝟔𝐀𝐌 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐖 – 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐆𝐔𝐘𝐒 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐏𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄! 🔥

Shoutout to our dedicated 6AM athletes who show up every morning, ready to put in the work! Your commitment, discipline, and energy set the tone for the day, and it’s inspiring to see you push yourselves day after day. It’s not easy getting up before the sun, but you do it anyway—and that’s what sets you apart. Keep grinding, keep growing, and keep showing up!

Morning Crew, You Are Amazing!

Shouting out our early risers who show up every morning and put in the work! You all crushed it today, and we love the energy, dedication, and camaraderie you bring to every session.

This crew asked, “Coach, how come we don’t have a group picture? We need to feel the love too!” So here it is—proof that the morning squad is unstoppable!

For those who couldn’t make it this morning, don’t worry—I promise we’ll do another one soon. Keep showing up, keep pushing, and keep inspiring!

Our Beautiful Rio got a lovely spa bath from Mel Hulse on the weekend. He also got a car ride and a day out for some lunch!

Rio is a 4 year old bulldog mix. He is a lovely boy who is a volunteer favourite but does suffer from a skin allergy which requires weekly bathing. He also suffers from short-sighted vision which makes him nervous around other dogs but he can be introduced to other dogs. He likes walking with something in his mouth (like a tennis ball), almost like a comforter of sorts and walks well on leash! He also loves to play with a tennis ball.

With a bit of care and affection, Rio would make someone a lovely pet and his skin condition would improve drastically outside of the shelter. This little guy deserves an amazing home and family! He is also great with kids!

If you are interested in fostering, or adopting Rio, please go to our website at www.caymanhumane.org.

There’s going to be a mad rush on these tickets this year. Hurry up and get yours. Don’t be Billy-no-mates. God forbid.

Seventy-five bucks is nothing. Cheap at twice the price.
Be an early bird but insist on paying more than you need to cos that’s just the type of person you are.

Come to Fosters at CB and buy your true love a carnation for World Cancer Awareness Day.
If there isn’t one waiting for you when you get home maybe it’s time to start asking some some serious questions. CI$2 minimum charge but there’s nothing at all stopping you paying much MUCH more than that.
Pretend you’re doing it for someone you really love then thank your lucky stars you’re not.
