Training in @melileotards Serenity. I don't wear leotards very often as it is difficult to find one that fits well, but now I have found the world's most comfortable leotard I think that is about to change!!! Check out the range at @melileotards and keep an eye out for new ranges coming out soon!!!

I haven't done a package opening for a while, but this one just got me... As you can probably tell! I have literally just received this leotard from @melileotards and I am still lost for words! The colour... The sparkle, it is genuinely one of the nicest leotards I have seen in a VERY long time.

I promise I will post some nice photos and gym reels at the weekend, but I just wanted to share with you my genuine reaction!! Check out @melileotards but be quick as they are selling out fast!!!

🫶🏽🌊 A little reminder that growth isn’t always visible, progress isn’t always easy, and becoming the person you dream of being, takes time.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep believing in yourself, even on the days when it’s hard to see how far you’ve come.

Keep chasing your dreams, keep showing up for yourself, and never forget that you’re capable of so much more than you think. 🫶🏼✨

Trust the process. Your time will come. 💎

They say every Leo tells a story… 💜

Well, this one tells the story of me finally getting my side aerial! 🥹🤸‍♀️

I’ve wanted this for so long and I’ve worked really hard for it. I kept trying even when I couldn’t do it…

And now I finally can! 🥹💜

So this Leo is definitely a special one! ✨
