My daughter turned 6 years old yesterday!!
When she turned 1, we were on location in Los Angeles for the movie NOPE. I asked for a divorce during that show and our time there has come to represent my own re-birthing in some way.

Becoming a single mother changed the way I taught. I became more passionate, more focused, more honest, had more breakthroughs.
I felt dangerous in the best way.
That would not have been possible without that NOPE summer, and the village of loved ones who helped us through the mud.

These past 6 years have been strange— with COVID, the union strikes, the ups and downs of personal inspiration, and the chaotic changes of Hollywood.
But I am so grateful for this chapter of the journey. It’s given me time to expand as a person and bring more lived experiences to the table.

So happy 6th birthday to my mini-me, and happy 5th re-birth of Audrey day :-)

MAMA AFRICA 🧡

Life is about what you do for others and what you do with the gifts God gave you.

Ever since I was young I knew my purpose was children. To raise to inspire to uplift and to love. I am so extremely humbled and grateful for the opportunity to give back and spread love and an encouraging message.

I wrote this book with my daughter because I wanted her to look in the mirror and speak life into herself and all those around her. I now get to share this message with the world.

I’m so grateful to partner with @healthyrootsdolls to complete our message by helping little girls love the skin they’re in. To build confidence by representation. To encourage them to love their skin love their hair and love the way God created them. By creating a doll that represents self love.

Thankyou God for putting me in a position to help others to positively impact lives.
& Thankyou for everybody that made this possible. This is just the beginning. 🙏🏾🌍

I know, auditions are last-minute and stressful, and sometimes hard to schedule into your life.

I got you!

I’m traveling today and stopped off at the Marriot in Atlanta to take calls and do a few self tape audition coachings in the lobby!

We can take this process anywhere now😂

If you’re struggling with self tapes,
STOP🛑!

Let’s make it easy!

I’m your on-call audition & career coach.
Don’t suffer by yourself.

Ask me about my Mentorship program.

Love ya❤️😘

Give a group of actors a monologue to perform and it feels like 8 different scenes. Here are snippets from my American accent workshop in London. For a few of them it was their FIRST time trying another accent!
My approach is to keep the focus on the bigger picture: telling the story. The accent is just part of the character work—important, but distracting from the story if it’s the only thing you’re thinking about.
I was so happy with the results we got!
