do something you love & you’ll never work a day in your life is the most true statement ever 💄💕

I can’t believe it has been three months since I opened @blondepublicrelations - this has been the quickest, longest, best, most packed, wild three months ever & I am just so excited that it’s just the beginning 🩷 always grateful for everyone in my circle & supporting me through it!

July’s Memoir 🌤️ I wish I could say there was a part of me that didn’t want to leave for it would help to hold the feelings that felt heavy, or melancholy, or exhausted.
But not one part of me felt as if I was suppose to stay. I looked around, the sun rolled in from the east, the mountains starting to golden from the heat of the mid-summer. The grass no longer green and lush as the desert vibes were taking over.
The state capital peered in the distance, a beautiful view from my window, and below was one of my hearts favorite views, The Cathedral Madeline. A space that’s held me in different ways for the past 12 years. Mary Magdalene comes to mind, a woman and a mindset that changed my life forever, almost instantly. The way I felt her arms swept around me in a time of absolute loneliness, lost in my own life, my own world, wondering how to find my way back home.
Back home. Home.
Looking around, once again, I realized I am home. And home is coming with me, because my home is not this physical place I had successfully rebuilt, home is my body, home is my breath, my heart softly beating, home is the life that lives within me, the absolute knowing I want to be in this life, on this planet, at this time, and that I wouldn’t change any of it. My scars that once were oozing sores that reopened often, salted by the outer world or myself, now those scars had not only healed, but they have become beauty marks, like a scroll that was written in gold ink marking the stories that tell the wisdom, tell the war, tell of the surrender, the white flag, the grief, the pain, the learning, the deep love felt, the adventures and everything in between, those scars I wouldn’t trade anything for.
