Atlanta Pride 2026 🌈
Look at us. A whole group of women many of whom found ourselves later in life, after the marriages, the kids, reconciling with religion, all of it.

We walked away from scripts that were never ours, and some of those exits came with real cost: complicated exes, tender relationships with our kids and families, friendships that didn’t survive the truth.

And still, here we are. Showing up for each other. Lifting each other up. Choosing joy on purpose.
This weekend we celebrated how far we’ve come, as individuals and together. Pride ending on National Coming Out Day felt like a gift. It’s been nearly two years since mine, and I barely recognize the woman I was then (in the best way).

I’m so grateful for this Atlanta community: family, chosen family, friends who feel like home, and someone whose hand I get to hold through all of it. 💕

And Georgia, we’re not done. These midterms can flip our state and the House. Make your plan, bring your people, and vote. Early voting begins TOMORROW and your best option is to vote early 💙🗳️

Cindy, Executive Director of Out On Film, joined #lesbianchronicles #wlw #gay #comingout us on Lesbian Chronicles to talk about why queer film matters — the power of seeing our stories on screen, finding community, and showing up to support LGBTQ+ filmmakers.
And yes, we’re talking about why you should actually come out and see the films. 🎬🏳️‍🌈
Can’t wait for this conversation.
