We don’t chase trends. We create space for you.

A space to press PAUSE, move in a way that feels good, and reconnect with yourself.

No pressure to keep up. No need to be a certain kind of bendy or strong. Just you, your mat, and the post-pod feeling that keeps you coming back.

Because yoga isn’t a trend. It’s a practice that meets you where you are. 🧘‍♀️

It’s because of you — the teachers in the pod — that there are so many people walking around Southampton feeling genuinely HapPY 🤩

The team shares so much in the studio — from yoga leggings to towels, to little pieces of our lives — so it felt only natural to come together on this little slice of heaven Shennon calls home 🤍

This time, we took it out of the pod and into something really special… a mini retreat at @slomo_wellbeing in @tapnellfarmpark . Think lake swims, warming up in the sauna, long soaks in the hot tub. And of course a little wander and shopping in Cowes at @livelikethiscowes (because that’s a must when you’re here).

The island- A place that gently reminds you to slow down and savour life, even if only for a moment. Well suited for the busy bees in the pod.

Feeling so grateful to share this life with such wonderful, grounding, joy-filled beings ✨ who continues to selflessly share their yoga journey with our community. Agree?😁

We had a new member join us on this trip-we wouldn’t have lovely sunbathing happy photos without @rk.snapshots . Her organisation and professionalism is much appreciated-highly recommend if you’d like to enjoy a blissful event!

💜love you team and our community!!! You ROCK. 🔥💯

Missing absentees!! Although not with you in-person, You know you’ve always got a place in this team! Always!

✨ We’re recruiting ✨

We love you already if you truly care — if you go beyond simply guiding a vinyasa flow and bring heart, energy, and connection into every class. If your energy lifts the room and you’re a true team player who loves being part of something bigger.

And if you’re just a little bit mad (in the best way) — mad enough to love this journey of sharing yoga with an incredible crew — then we definitely want to meet you 🧘‍♀️

Come join us and be part of something special.

Email southampton@hotpodyoga.com and tell us the craziest thing you’ve ever done — we love a good story 😄

🌍✨ **One Month in Incredible India!** ✨🌍

Time flies when you’re soaking in the magic of this beautiful country! 🇮🇳 From the tranquil vibes of an Ayurvedic resort and the serene Kerala backwaters to the vibrant streets of Fort Kochi and the spiritual energy of Mysore for Ashtanga yoga, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary! 🙏🧘‍♀️

🏰✨ Exploring the magnificent palaces and temples in Hampi was like stepping into a storybook. And oh, the bliss of a week in Goa’s Palolem—sunshine, yoga, paddling, and those breathtaking sunsets! 🌅🌊

Mumbai’s bustling energy took me from the slums to the iconic Colaba, with a poignant visit to Gandhi’s house. Then, off to Udaipur for romance, stunning sunsets, and lakeside views that leave you breathless. 💖🏞️

And how could I forget the colorful charm of Jaipur? So many memories packed into just one month, with countless adventures still ahead! 🎉

Cheers to the beauty of exploration and the joy of creating unforgettable experiences! 🥳💫

🌟 We had an amazing night out at @Root restaurant! 🍽️ My son Kadin, who works there as a chef, took the night off to treat us to a feast. The service was incredible, and the food was absolutely delicious! Feeling so spoiled!

Spent the day exploring deep conversations with him and enjoyed a night filled with light banter and fabulous dishes. Moments like these are truly special! ❤️✨ #FamilyTime #Grateful #Foodie #RootRestaurant #restaurant

Our hearts are full after welcoming Melissa, Yutori Zen, and every radiant soul who joined us on our sacred jungle grounds for the Inner Light Retreat. 🌿

For eight transformative days, we gathered in ceremony, movement, and stillness — breathing with the jungle, releasing what no longer served, and remembering the light within.

From the depths of the Temazcal to the serenity of sunrise yoga, from psilocybin journeys to heartfelt sharing circles — each moment became an offering of renewal, connection, and truth.

Thank you for trusting Lunita to hold this sacred space for your healing, laughter, and rebirth.
Your presence continues to echo through the trees, the cenote, and the soil we walk upon.

Until the jungle calls you home again — may your inner light keep guiding your way. ✨

🌿✨ We’ve begun our journey in the magical jungle retreat center of Lunita, Mexico! Surrounded by lush greenery, we’re diving into a transformative experience filled with reflection, nourishing food, and daily yoga that brings peace to our souls.

What makes this retreat even more special is the incredible group of participants, each bringing their unique gifts and energies to create a truly magical mix. As we share laughter and create lasting memories, we’re reminded of the beauty that comes from our diverse backgrounds and stories.

We’re honoring our ancestors and the elements through sacred blessing ceremonies, guided by the wisdom of our grandfather. And let’s not forget the joy of soaking up the sun on the beach! This is a time of love, gratitude, and togetherness in a truly enchanting sanctuary. 🌈❤️
