Supercamp was super FIRE!!

Thank you @antoinetroupe for such an unforgettable experience, for all of us dancers. I feel changed and I know where to go next, I feel less lost and it's thanks to you and your hard work that you presented as a gift to us at camp. Thank you for the kind hearted, deep, and heartfelt friendships that all the dancers brought to the table. We all presented ourselves as people and supported one another in our journeys. Relaxing and feeling (the burn) in Ivy's Yoga, expressing ourselves in Alaini's class, Antoine teaching us about the industry and giving thoughtful conversations and feedback, Marlee's EPIC footwork, Lindi's sweet Amapiano moves & techniques and Kid Nimbus' fantastic freestyle class were all such an experience to witness and partake in. Let's continue and strive to do amazing things in our arts communities, and focus and be hungry for our big goals ahead. I love y'all!!

P.S. That was the absolute damn right best cornbread I've ever eaten. ACTUALLY! That was the best I've ever been fed, EVER, here at Super Camp. Clock it!!

I could say a million things right now. This experience was one I can say really changed me, my mind, my body, my passion, my faith - all in just 5 days. From the training, the long talks, the prayers, the silence, the noise. Big thank you to @antoinetroupe for allowing me to enter the sacred space at @jacobspillow for the most beautiful and unforgettable weekend @supercamp.dance 💙

Thank you @kid_nimbus @ivyfijal @alainiwalker @marleehightower @antoinetroupe for the incredible training and words of wisdom✨ & of course mama @a_newnormal for some delicious dishes🤤

To the new fam, love you guys and I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way; wouldn’t have been the same without yall💕hope to see you soon.

The most special time with the most special people. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Grateful for your yes @antoinetroupe !! You’re so graced for this!!💪🏾🥹

I can’t wait to see all that SuperCamp becomes.

I still don’t have all the words to describe these five days @jacobspillow with @supercamp.dance but I most certainly know God got so much glory! And I’m leaving better because of this experience. We learned so much about our craft and ourselves, and @a_newnormal cornbread might just be a taste of heaven itself haha!

I’ll remember what happened here for the rest of my life. My first sleep-a-way camp 🥹!! So excited to apply all that I’ve learned as I wait for next year’s!! Until next time!! 🥹
