✨ Healing your inner child isn’t just about looking back… it’s about giving yourself permission to play again, to say yes to the dreams you once held, and to let joy flood every corner of your being.

Come with me and my cousin Melissa @melissaamrita as we lived out one of our childhood dreams at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 🎃👻 — walking through the park in awe of the magical decorations, seeing the castle lit up like a fairytale, riding Splash Mountain with no lines, gathering candy like kids again, and dancing under the stars to the most enchanting parades and shows.

Sometimes, healing doesn’t come in the form of deep shadow work or meditation… sometimes it’s simply choosing to laugh, play, and remember what it feels like to be free. 🌟

No matter your age, you can always return to that magical part of yourself. Your inner child is waiting for you to say yes. 💖

For me hypnotherapy has also helped with this healing and embodiment, you can send me a message to set up a session 🧘🏽‍♀️

~*The Highest Version of Yourself*~

Stepping into your highest power is something that we all struggle with at different points in our life. There are so many options of what we can do with our lives. On top of that, people pull us in different directions to distract us from our truth. Shutting away that noise and listening to what you need for yourself can be the most empowering decision.

Dedicating yourself to your own personal growth can be empowering yet intimidating, but it is the most powerful decision you can make. Take a moment to visualize— what does your higher self look like? What job do they have? How do they live?

Stepping into your higher self isn’t about being anyone else. It’s about being yourself and expanding to who you want to become. It’s been so incredible to see the growth my clients have had from these sessions— it’s one of my missions in life to help others to grow into the best version of themselves ✨💕✨🙏🏾. Message me if you’re interested in finding out more.

Abundance is not material objects, it’s a mindset ✨

Our world that often equates abundance with material wealth. Abundance, is not just about the tangible possessions we accumulate.

It’s a mindset, a way of seeing the world through the lens of gratitude and positivity. It’s about recognizing the richness in our lives that extends beyond the physical.

Abundance is the warmth of a loving family, the laughter shared with friends, and the moments of peace that nature provides. It’s the joy in pursuing our passions, the growth in learning, and the kindness we give and receive. It is found in the boundless fruits of nature and rushing glorious waters.

As we shift our focus from the pursuit of material things to the cultivation of a mindset that appreciates the intangible treasures that surround us we are able to celebrate the abundance of love, joy, and opportunities that life abundantly offers.

💫 Embrace gratitude.
💫 Nurture positivity.
💫 Live abundantly.

Because when you truly understand that abundance is a mindset, you’ll discover that you’re richer than you ever imagined.

When we step into an abundant mindset we will find that it will flow is all areas of our lives including financially. One of the most abundance practices that we can partake in is embracing our soul purpose.

Embracing Our Multidimensional Selves 🔮 ✨

Growing up as first generation Indo-Guyanese in America I always felt a complicated polarity between cultures. Guyana itself being a colonized nation influenced by the British, there was already so much from our Indian ancestry that was watered down.

As I continued to develop myself and who I am, I found that I naturally gravitated towards more of Indian culture, practices, traditions and viewpoints. Even though I never grew up Hindu, I always resonated with the concept of past life and other beliefs.

As I began to explore and connect with myself more, I found myself finding an interesting and dimensional mix of west and eastern expression— modern yet connected to traditional roots.

I find that we are all multidimensional beings and having the freedom to explore and express our roots are so important in connecting to the true essence of who you are. It is a beautiful journey to explore and tap in to your ancestry and authentic expression of yourself.

You never know what beauty is waiting for you when you discover your lineage.

Dm me if you’re interested in a session to help you step into your power and heal generational lineage through hypnotherapy ✨💞✨🇬🇾

The Spiritual Journey Can Be Lonely But Rewarding✨

When I first moved to Costa Rica most people in my family didn’t understand my choice but it has led to so much transformation and empowerment.

Now they are able to see the results of the seeds that I’ve planted and the ways that I’ve grown 🌱.

Sometimes you need to have the vision for your life even if other people don’t understand it. Now after
embracing my journey I’ve been able to help others step into their power and healing as well.

Embracing my intuitive gifts, connecting to meditation in my own way and healing myself ✨🤍.

If you’re looking to develop your own intuitive skills this summer and capacity to help other people heal generational trauma, message me “gifts” for first access to a class I’m launching for July!

✨When you reunite with your family after a long spiritual journey✨

Spiritual journeys, especially those involving shadow work, can be long and arduous, filled with confronting our deepest fears and traumas.

Yet, the rewards are immense. By embodying the path of healing, you pave the way for stronger, more authentic relationships.

Together, we are breaking cycles and creating a legacy of positivity and growth.

It’s up to you to step into your power by healing— it not only impacts you but everyone around you. It helps support stronger , more authentic and powerful conscious relationships and connections.

One tool that truly helped me was learning somatic healings techniques. These powerful healings help you to dive deep into layers of unhealed trauma through hypnotherapy and let go of limiting patterns and beliefs. If you are interested in a session send me a message. I am available for sessions online as well as in person in New York this summer 🏝️.
