At 5:30am this morning I realised my coffee order hadn’t arrived 😳 Thank god for @neil65p and @melkcoffeeco for replying to my desperate plea for beans and sorting me out with their incredible blend with @woodstcoffee!!

I will talk about how much I love Melk to my customers every weekend but I’m feeling especially grateful today! 🫶🏻

Last Saturday we held our first Men’s Only Mat Pilates class 👏

We invited men into the studio — most of whom had never tried Pilates before — and it’s safe to say they were truly humbled… but they also LOVED it.

There are so many benefits to incorporating Pilates alongside higher intensity training like HIIT or Hyrox:
• improved core strength
• better posture
• stability and balance
• improved mobility and recovery
• benefits that carry into everyday life

After class, the guys headed over to Melk Coffee Co to continue the conversations — bringing men together outside of pubs and pints, and into a relaxed, welcoming environment where everyone felt heard.

Would you like to join our next Men’s Only Mat Pilates Class?
