🤍Another amazing training course with Erno @ernovandoesselaar with the added treat of handpan genius Flavio @flaviosalvaje and fabulous morning yoga with Laura @lauracook_yoga and a great bunch of ladies to share this gorgeous experience.

🤍Recharged, refreshed & blessed 😇

🤍Thank you 🤍🫶🤍

🤍Ibiza Sound Healing Teacher Training Course.

🤍For this course I made a commitment to myself that I would stay offline the whole time, the only exception was 1 minute to switch on in the afternoon to receive mums daily text check in, quick reply, then back off. No calls, no scrolling or reading messages, emails, DM’s, or anything else.

🤍And I can honestly say it’s made a massive difference!

🤍I was able to drop deeper into the sound journeys, meditations and absorb the teachings on another level.

🤍No distractions from the outer world.

🤍Taking time to be completely present in an overactive, busy, fast paced world is an absolute necessity to avoid getting sucked into that downward spiral of burnout and exhaustion.

🤍I’ve been there for a very long time and I’m so grateful that I’m learning all the time to create a better quality of life.

🤍We have to disconnect to connect.

🤍Simple as that.

🤍Follow @dramandabowen.yogaandretreats for stress melting yoga sound journeys and magical retreats.

Merry Christmas from Bridge Life Uganda

The Christmas story, as recounted in the Bible, begins with an angel delivering a message to shepherds. The angel reassured them, saying, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people.” This news is about the birth of a Savior, identified as the Messiah, in the town of David. The angel described a sign for the shepherds: they would find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.

Following this announcement, a multitude of angels joined the first angel, praising God. They proclaimed, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”

After the angels departed, the shepherds, eager to witness the event, decided to go to Bethlehem. They hurried to find Mary, Joseph, and the baby in the manger, fulfilling the promise made to them.

This account is found in the Gospel of Luke, chapter 2, verses 10-16.

Some feedback from my sound healing “exam.”

“I don’t know what you did to me yesterday Mandy with your sound healing but I’m floating around super happy and in glee happier than I have been in months ☺️

You are truely a very powerful healer big time I love it thank you so much whatever you have done has worked big time on me ☺️

Dr. Amanda Bowen⁩ you are amazeing im beyond grateful you definitely shifted something in me big time I’m so very very grateful big hugs to you also until we meet again I look forward to seeing you all again big time 🥰”

Our intentions are amplified by sound. I’m so happy & grateful to receive this!

When we trust and surrender to the flow of positive energies, amazing transformations can occur. I honestly didn’t expect this though, what a pleasant surprise! 😅

Just because we don’t “see” something it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

Are you open to the mystical and magical world that we are part of, that goes far beyond the physical reality we are experiencing?
