Presence 🪷

Yesterday I was looking after my niece, I had the intention to give Belle my fullest presence all day. Made sure not to get distracted with things on my phone or mind.

We had such a good day and it was such a joyful experience, cause young kids are so present. Made me feel, Presence really is the place we can Connection to another soul. Think about the times in your life of true meaning were you present ?? Mostly likely yes. When we are present and experiencing presence with another the moments are magical.

How often are you fully deeply present when you spend time with your friends, family, or partner.

It’s truely a beautiful thing when two people are fully present with one another.

Be here now people! And give your presence to people it’s really the best present you can give ❤️🎁

just had to share that visiting HK and @hkdisneyland definitely brought back so many good memories! We’ll always be Disney babies. Owe so much and learned so much to this amazing and magical place. Living abroad for the first time and being away from family taught me so much as an artist and as a person. Adulting and surviving. Met amazing people and friends for keeps even if we don’t see each other that often. Thankful for the good times!❤️🙏🏼 #homekong
