Speed School is in session.
You can’t maximize speed if your engine isn’t right.
If your cardiovascular system is behind, lactic acid shows up early and speed disappears fast.

Speed isn’t just about looking fast for one rep.
It’s about being able to hold it, repeat it, and recover from it.

The only way to get fast… is to run fast consistently.
Not sometimes. Not when it’s convenient.

The landscape of the game has changed.
College coaches don’t debate it ,speed matters more than ever.

Some of these kids have been running track their whole lives.
So if you think you can pop in and out, miss sessions, and still catch up in a short offseason…
good luck.

We’ve got a small window to attack speed the right way.
Consistency isn’t optional.

Working with Coach Jeff.
If you’re here, lock in. If not ,you’re already behind. 🏁

A bit of a time capsule here. Snippets into this journey. The back story is priceless. You’re on your way son. Love you to life. You had some good guys you grew up with as teammates and friends and I’m proud of them too! I was lucky to be able to coach you pretty much your whole career..this whole journey has been a wild situation..many days when we both wanted to quit but that ain’t what we do! That wildcats team was special they counted us out, that hurricanes team was the most talented team ever, that buccs team was stacked to, the dawgs and colts although years apart were the teams that prepared you for competition. You have played with some of the best and against some of the best ever in the 757 and you stood tall. I told you you would trust me. Things not always going to be easy you didn’t get the love from outside you thought you would have but you maintain your integrity l, you maintained your grades, you not involved in any drama, staimyed true to you, stayed positive and literally lived what god has for me is for me. And look a college found you! Make the most of it! Our family been through a lot but you are in position to bring light to the family much like I was when I went to nsu after my dad died. Stay sharp and stay focused I’m here ..we here ..we got your back ..get that degree and play some ball cuh!
