THE BODY HOLDS MORE THAN WE REALIZE. 🌀

What becomes possible when we slow down, turn inward, and begin to explore the extraordinary intelligence of our own bodies?

Today, I had the pleasure of guiding a beautiful small group through The Harari Method—an immersive somatic experience weaving together self-bodywork, fascial release, dynamic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.

Through intentional touch, movement, and deeper body awareness, we explored how to soften physical restrictions, reconnect with our emotional landscape, and create more space for freedom, expression, and vitality.

After nearly two decades of working hands-on with thousands of individuals, one thing continues to inspire me:

Our bodies have an extraordinary capacity for change when we learn how to listen, feel, and work with them rather than against them.

The Harari Method is my way of bringing this work beyond the treatment table—empowering people with practical tools to explore their own bodies, release tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection from within.

Because healing isn’t always about doing more.

Sometimes, it’s about feeling more.

Deep gratitude to everyone who showed up today with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore. 🙏

This is just the beginning.

More Harari Method somatic experiences coming soon.

Next one is on Sunday Oct 25th at 10am and it will be because we postponed today’s beach session due to strong winds and possible rain.

Comment below with the word “SOMATIC” to get a DM with a link to next week’s experience.

There are only three spots left for this one…

🍵✨ Bringing people together over tea to build friendships.
以茶会友

There’s something magical about sharing a pot of tea.
No rush. No agenda. Just warmth in a cup and genuine presence.

As an old Chinese saying goes:
“Sharing tea creates a relaxed, respectful atmosphere where strangers can become friends and old friends can deepen their bond.”

Whether you’re meeting someone for the first time or catching up with an old soul—let tea do the talking. 💬💚

Pack your passport and a quiet sense of wonder.
Our 2026 Fall Tea Pilgrimage to Yunnan, China is gently taking shape. ✈️🍂
This is not just a journey—it is a homecoming to the living roots of tea.

We are humbled and honored to share that we will walk the ancient, mist-woven trails of Jingmai Mountain 🏔️🍃 — one of the world’s first UNESCO World Heritage Sites dedicated to tea culture.

Breathing in the stillness of thousand-year-old forests.
Standing beside tea trees that have witnessed generations unfold.
Listening to the quiet wisdom of the communities who have long cared for this sacred land.

This pilgrimage invites us to:
✨ Gently hand-pick leaves in protected, ancient tea gardens.
✨ Share a bowl of fresh tea with Pu’er masters in their homes.
✨ Watch the Sea of Clouds rise from mountain peaks—in silence, together.
✨ Deepen our understanding of tea as living culture: from soil to cup, from heart to heart.

Yunnan is not calling loudly—it is calling softly, patiently.
And we are ready to listen.

This will be a small, intimate, and immersive group experience.
Details and applications coming soon.

If this stirs something in you:
👇
🍃 COMMENT “I want to go” to be the first to receive more details.

Catching rays and casting shadows through the culture-rich streets of Ljubljana, Slovenia. I had zero expectations for this city, and ended up being completely surprised by how much I fell in love with its architecture, energy, and vibe.
