🍰 The Strawberry Yuzu Chocolate Cake
The flavors paired so well together! 😍
And these are the components I made:
- strawberry cremeux
- yuzu curd
- chocolate ganache
Not only did I fill the cake with them, I also incorporated these in my decorations (as you can see in this video)
More details to all the components you'll find in my previous video ;)

Cookies with pistachio + kadayif filling 💚
The filling simply consists of 3 ingredients:
- kadayif (100 gr.) + a bit of butter
- pistachio cream (150-160 gr.)

All you need to do is: Fry the kadayif with the butter until golden brown. Mix it with the pistachio cream. Roll into equally sized balls & freeze until firm enough to place onto the cookie dough.

(tip: if the consistency of the kadayif "cream" isn't firm enough yet to shape into balls, just let it cool for a few minutes in the fridge/freezer)

Salted Caramel Coffee Cupcakes 🍯👀
PS. Wait for the swirrrl 😻
The composition:
-> coffee flavored muffin
-> salted butter caramel
-> coffee flavored cream cheese frosting

So far one of the best flavor combo ever! (me saying this after not being a coffee lover, this means a lot haha)

Pistachio Cookies 💚
These cookies are packed with just so much of pistachio flavor and the dark chocolate is an amazing addition to it 🤤
Drop a "💚" if you love pistachios ☺️

Tips for these beautiful cookies:
- pipe & freeze the pistachio spread
- freeze the cookie dough balls before baking (or else they'll spread too much while baking)
- bake at high temperature (200-220°C)
- let the cookies cool completely after baking (they'll be too soft to hold)

It's Brownie Time! 🍫✨
These literally are the most perfect Brownies I've ever made, it was just heavenly good! Might make them every week 🤭 the hints of sea salt give a nice balance to the chocolate. These Brownies are very rich and super fudgy - perfect for chocolate lovers.

Let's bake cookies! 🍪
Love these triple choc. cookies ❤️ - simple but always a winner 🤤
Few tips for baking your - best - cookies:
- sugar: 1) effects on how much your cookie will spread 2) effects the level of crispiness
- egg: lesser egg white means lesser spreading so add an additional egg yolk
- chocolate: use good quality ones (btw. I prefer chocolate bars over chocolate chips)
- flour: the amount of flour is crucial for the cookie's softness
- chill the dough before baking for lesser spreading

I personally love cookies with a chewy center and a crisp edge 🍪 what about you?

Episode 1 🥥 - Mochi Donuts -
They are super delicious and in my opinion a creative twist to usual doughnuts 🍩
Definitely worth to try them!

All you need are these few ingredients:

(dough)
▪️milk, oil, sugar -> bring it to a boil, then take it off the heat
▪️flour, tapioca starch -> sift them to the liquid mixture & fold them in (I'd recommend to sift & fold in each separately instead of both at once)
▪️1 egg -> add little by little, whisk with an electric handmixer (info: pay attention to the consistency, it shouldn't flow off the spatula excessively, but should be thick enough to pipe & keep it's shape)

(glaze)
🔹powdered sugar, milk, matcha (optional)
