Tory Burch x House of Haven ✨🧘🏽‍♀️

Such a fun Sunday morning flow! The high glass ceilings and natural light at The Gardens Mall made for the perfect setting. The Halloween decor added a dash of spooky, and my headset had me feeling like Britney Spears in Oops!... I Did It Again ✨🎤👻

My favorite part of these events is seeing people from all different walks of life come together to ground themselves, be present, find a little peace, and move their bodies.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and trusted House of Haven to guide you through this experience! 🙏🏽

Such a fun morning flowing together at @thegardenmedspanorthpalmbeach 🧘🏽‍♀️
Even with the rain, we made the best of it and still got our practice in. ☔️

We’re so excited to continue growing this event and making it something to look forward to every month. See you on your mat the first Saturday of every month ✨

A huge thank you to @poconomaplewater for providing the maple water for our beach flow and keeping everyone refreshed after practice 🍁💧

We loved getting to share it, try something new, and experience it together. ✨

Today we learned the meaning of Namaste and let that idea carry through our practice. 🕉️

There’s something really special about a group of people coming together to move, learn, and share a morning like this.
This is the kind of community House of Haven was created for. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Summer Jam recap! ☀️🤍

What an incredible morning of movement, community, and connection at @lululemon @thegardensmall .

We kicked things off with yoga (led by me 🙋🏼‍♀️ @jupiteryoga @shelbyyoga ), flowed into Pilates with @cocolinayoga , and finished strong with a resistance band workout from @zcesani @aveluxegym who had us crab-walking right into the store! 😂💪

Huge thanks to our DJ @peaceloveandlolopop for bringing the energy, @the_pour_cart for the delicious coffee, and lululemon for hosting these FREE events that bring our community together while supporting amazing local businesses.

Already looking forward to the next one! ✨
